Audiology
We offer a 3-year warranty, loss and damage on most hearing instruments and a 30 day trial period.
Diagnostic Hearing Tests
Hearing is evaluated in patients of all ages, from newborn through geriatrics. The patient is seated in a soundproof room during testing to ensure accurate test results. Using a variety of clinical tools, which may consist of pure-tone testing, speech audiometry and impedance testing, the audiologist will determine a patient’s hearing acuity. Should a hearing loss be present, proper follow-up will be recommended by the audiologist.
Hearing Loss & Hearing Devices Real Ear Measurement (REM)
REM is the industry gold standard for best practices and measures whether the hearing aid is providing ample amplification across as many frequencies as possible based on your audiogram. REM enhances your experience leading to better outcomes.
