- We kindly ask that all patients be prepared to pay their copayment in full at the time of service.
- Patients are responsible for informing our office of any insurance changes.
- We will file all charges to your insurance company.
- We will file secondary coverage, after the primary carrier has paid.
- If the patient fails to notify us of an insurance change, we cannot be responsible for non-payment.
