Stan Phillips, MD, is a skilled otolaryngologist at South Lake Ears Nose and Throat, Hearing and Tinnitus Center in Huntersville, North Carolina. He is passionate about caring for his patients in and around the Huntersville community. 

Dr. Phillips attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in Biology. After graduating in 1985, he went to East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. His post-graduate training included a fellowship in inner ear pathology research at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, followed by five years at The University of Maryland. At UM, Dr. Phillips trained in general surgery and spent four years studying otolaryngology. 

Dr. Phillips' primary interests include general and pediatric ENT, chronic cough, as well as hearing loss and tinnitus treatment. Dr. Phillips is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, and has privileges at Carolinas Medical Center. In his spare time Dr. Phillips enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travel and golf.
